Eric Saad joined Prime Lawyers in 2005. Eric's focus and passion is in debt recovery and commercial litigation.
Eric prides himself giving clear and concise advice on the benefits of litigation and is experienced in representing his clients at different Courts throughout New South Wales, from the Supreme Court of NSW, Federal Magistrates Court of Australia, District and Local Courts.
Eric acts for a variety of clients from local small businesses to large national organisations. He works closely with his clients to ensure they receive the excellent results they deserve and while legal issues can be complicated, Eric aims to simplify these issues for his clients by taking a no-nonsense approach and by providing legal advice in plain English.
It was Eric’s dedication to delivering the best possible results for his clients over a number of years that has also seen Eric being appointed as an Associate of the firm.
