Eric Saad joined Prime Lawyers in 2005. He has worked in several areas of law over the years however his focus and passion is now in debt recovery and commercial litigation.
Eric acts for a variety of clients from local small businesses to large national organisations. He works closely with his clients to ensure they receive the excellent results they deserve. Whilst legal issues can be complicated, Eric aims to simplify these issues for his clients by providing plain English legal advice and effective legal solutions.
Eric prides himself on settling his client’s matters out of court without the need for litigation. However when negotiations are not successful and court action is required Eric is experienced in representing his clients at different courts throughout New South Wales. He has worked in all types of cases ranging from simple debt collection matters in the Local Court to complex commercial litigation in the District Court, Supreme Court of NSW and the Federal Magistrates Court of Australia.
Outside of work Eric enjoys playing and watching sport and spending time with family and friends.
