Danny Saad is the founder of the firm and maintains and active interest in the firm. Danny obtained a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of NSW in 1990. After a stint in trade finance he decided pursue a career in law by completing a law diploma through the Legal Practitioners Admissions Board in 1996 and was admitted to legal practice as a NSW solicitor and solicitor of the High Court of Australia in July 1997.
Following his admission Danny worked as a solicitor in a private practice before establishing Saad and Associates Lawyers in August 1999 in the Sutherland Shire. The firm is now known as Prime Lawyers and has since expanded throughout NSW into the St George Region, Sydney CBD, Eastern, Northern and Western Suburbs and Wollongong.
He has extensive experience in all courts ranging from Local Courts through out New South Wales to the District Court, Family Court and Supreme Court of New South Wales. His strong litigation and negotiation skills serve his clients well.
Through his hard work and dedication to the growth of Prime Lawyers, he has developed a strong reputation throughout Sydney, St George and Sutherland region.
Since the establishment of the firm Danny has overseen the conduct of files for thousands of clients and takes pride in ensuring that Prime Lawyers is able to provide the same level of service to mums and dads to multi-national publicly listed corporations.
Outside of work Danny spends most of his spare time with his wife and four children and has a keen interest in the share market.
