Binding Financial Agreements (prenuptial agreements and post separation agreements)

If you choose to do this prior to marriage or co-habitation, you may wish the agreement to provide for the protection of certain assets or the financial positions of you and your partner should the relationship break down. Such an agreement is commonly referred to as a prenuptial agreement or prenup.
