A young lady living more than 80km out of Sydney, was charged with low range drink driving, with the matter listed before a Sydney Local Court. She could have pleaded guilty to the offence and had the matter transferred to a court closer to where she lived. She was however appreciative of my thorough advice and engaged my services to represent her in the Sydney Court. After careful preparation and making detailed submissions to the Magistrate, I was able to obtain for her a section 10 dismissal, where the matter was dismissed without a conviction being recorded. She therefore did not lose her licence also.
