1. Internal review
Most insurers have an internal system of reviewing denials of claims. We can help you prepare your application for an internal review to give it the best chance of success.
2. Insurance Ombudsman scheme
If an internal review of your claim does not being about the desired result, you can appeal to the Insurance Industry Ombudsman. This is much cheaper and faster than going through Court. The Ombudsman’s decision is binding on the insurer, but is not binding on you if you are not happy with the result.
3. Court proceedings
If all else fails, we can represent you in Court proceedings against your insurer.
